At Innovative Education, I have always believed that the student is the point. Every plan, program, workshop, and conversation should make the path ahead clearer and more purposeful.

That belief shapes not only the work we do, but also the experience people have when they first come to us. Education can be complicated. Families may be comparing colleges and careers. Campus leaders may be preparing for accreditation, reviewing a program, or trying to turn a strategic priority into action. Sometimes, the hardest part is simply knowing where to begin.

That is why I am pleased to introduce Deana, the new customer experience chatbot for InnovativeEducation.net.

A helpful first conversation

Deana is designed to welcome you, listen to your question, and help you find the most relevant information on our website. She knows our six practice areas, our 48-hour institutional audits, our College to Career workbooks, and the backgrounds of the iED team.

She can point a parent toward our college and career guidance, help an education leader compare our audit options, introduce you to our team, or show you how to schedule a discovery call. She can also explain where a service fits when you are not yet sure which page—or which conversation—you need.

“

Technology should never make education feel less human. Used thoughtfully, it can make expert guidance easier to reach.

What Deana can help you explore

  • Students and families: College fit, career planning, applications, financial aid, and our guided workbooks.
  • Institutions and nonprofits: Strategic planning, accreditation support, curriculum and program work, and faculty professional development.
  • Leaders and professionals: Executive coaching and focused support for leadership growth.
  • Time-sensitive needs: Fixed-price 48-hour audits and the best next step for an institutional enquiry.
  • Getting connected: Finding a page, meeting the iED team, booking a call, or sending Donna a detailed message.

What remains human

Deana is a guide, not a replacement for professional judgment or a personal conversation. She does not make decisions for families, evaluate an institution, or provide advice beyond the information Innovative Education has published. When your question calls for context, experience, or a closer look, she will help you reach me.

That distinction matters. Good technology creates a clearer doorway. Good education still depends on trust, careful listening, and people who understand what is at stake.

Ask her anything about iED

You will find Deana in the lower corner of every page. Ask her where to begin, what an engagement includes, who is on the team, or which resource might fit your situation. If she does not have the answer, she will not invent one—she will guide you to a real person.

A new way to begin

Deana is ready when you are.

Start with a question, then continue with the right resource or conversation.
